Delivery methods

Below are costs and delivery terms:
- Italy Standard Delivery - within 3-5 working days * - € 10.00
- Inside UE - € 25,00
- Outside UE - €35,00 (excluding customs duties)

*For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, delivery may require an additional working day.
It is important to know that the time of shipping is calculated from the time of the order, considering only working days, therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, on the days before holidays and on public holidays (national holidays) and on any other day indicated on the website with adequate notice. For any further information on the service, please contact Customer Service.

However, the delivery can only be done within the boundaries of the State associated with the Country in which the user is surfing the net at the moment the purchase process begins, when clicking on 'Add to Cart' (e.g.: if the user is physically located in Italy when he purchases product X by clicking on 'Add to Cart', product X can only be delivered to Italy).
In addition, we do not deliver to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City, or to P.O. boxes or Hold Mail facilities. If the shipping address is a P.O. box or an Hold Mail facility, or one of the locations specified above, the order will be automatically cancelled and Optima Molliter S.r.l. will refund the Total Amount paid by the user.

Track your order

When your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link that will allow you to track the progress of shipment.

Exchanges and Returns

You can exchange any purchase within 14 days of order delivery. To request an exchange, you must fill out the Exchange Form you find attached to your order confirmation or that you can download by clicking on the link here.

Payment methods

You can choose to pay for orders placed on the site by Credit Card or PayPal.

If one of these payment instruments is not available, we will notify you via our Website at the latest at the time of your purchase.
If you have chosen payment by credit card or PayPal, the amount for your order will be charged at the time of shipment.

You can choose to enter specific billing information when you enter the payment method. Select the box “Add a billing address if it is different from the one associated with your profile” during the purchase and you can enter your new billing details.
VAT and any other applicable taxes are already included in the price of all products featured on the site and in your shopping cart.
